SMOKED is a Texas BBQ Smokehouse in Bangkok owned by Chef Pam. Through countless of grilling, smoking and roasting meats with charcoal/wood at our own smokehouse, Chef Pam unlocks the secrets of 'low and slow' smoking method, and amazing dry rubs. We select only top quality meat for both smoked meat and grilled steaks and serve with our homemade barbeque sauces.
